This module covers the following topics for dogs and cats: identification of breeds and breed groups, recognising body language, nutrition, hygiene, animal handling techniques and basic grooming.
This module covers the following topics for dogs and cats: Diseases and illnesses; Infectious Diseases of Dogs and Cats; Endoparasites (roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, tapeworm and heartworm); and Ectoparasites (Fleas, Lice, Ticks, Mites).
The topics covered in this module include: Client/pet records; Medication records; Maintenance and Storage of Information; Computer Storage; Archiving; and Information Security.
The topics covered in this module include: First Aid; CPR; Haemorrhage; and Toxicity
This module covers the following topics: What clients want; telephone technique; communication techniques and personal presentation
