This module covers the following topics for dogs and cats: identification of breeds and breed groups, recognising body language, nutrition, hygiene, animal handling techniques and basic grooming.

This module covers the following topics for dogs and cats: Diseases and illnesses; Infectious Diseases of Dogs and Cats; Endoparasites (roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, tapeworm and heartworm); and Ectoparasites (Fleas, Lice, Ticks, Mites).
